Rental Management

"David is professional, friendly, and trustworth. I had the pleasure of working with him when he assisted us in securing a property. He was proactive and made every effort to get in touch with me (via email and phone) during the negotiation process, to make sure that I am aware of any updates. Likewise, if I had any questions, I knew I could get in touch with a email or a phone call (even at night, when there's something urgent). The settlement process went smoothly as well.
It was great working with David! He really made things easy and straightforward. Thank you!

Rent Ready Assessment

Prior to listing our property, we will carry out a Rent Ready Assessment. We will make a full assessment of your property’s current state and rentability. This is designed to assist you in aligning your expectations to market demands, reducing potential vacancy periods and therefore maximising your returns. We will also recommend any improvement to increase the rentability of your property to potential tenants. This may include practical additions, such as ceiling fans, air conditioning or cosmetic improvements like paint the walls.
